Ravi and Parthima’s 2,700 sq.ft. Home is located in the Nandini Layout residential area of West Bangalore. The building spans four stories, designed to reflect the clients’ clear and simple brief: a home filled with natural sunlight and ventilation, featuring spacious living and kitchen areas. A special highlight is the master bedroom, thoughtfully designed with an attached mini terrace to create a private, serene retreat.

The Journey – “From vision to reality”

The design journey for this residence began with a strong focus on Vastu principles, as it was a key priority for the clients. They were also particular about achieving a spacious, thoughtfully planned home with a refined exterior outlook.

We explored two to three rounds of planning before finalizing the layout, ensuring every detail aligned with the clients’ vision. Being involved from the initial stages allowed us to seamlessly integrate the interior layout with the architectural planning, ensuring a cohesive flow throughout the space.

The overall design concept blends modern and contemporary elements, both in the exterior façade and the interiors. A sense of traditional warmth is introduced through the use of wood and rich, solid colors, creating a balanced and timeless environment.
